Whatever it is you desire with the health of your mind and body, YOU MUST TAKE ACTION on it, CONSISTENTLY!
We have only one vehicle to house our spirit and everything we do affects it, including the bad investments we make that break
it down and keep us from reaching our true potential.
Let this be a reminder that YOU must take action, you must invest in yourself and you can start by taking small steps.
You can clean the glass out and pour clean water into it or you can continually pour clean water in until the glass is full of pure water.
Below are a few steps to start pouring clean water into the glass.
1) on an empty stomach, stretch, breathe deeply or perform yoga for 5-10 minutes in the morning
2) then, sit or lay quietly for 5-10 minutes and pay attention to your breath until you drift off
3) make an action plan on paper or on a board of one to two actions that you will take to get you closer to your true potential
4) DO IT no matter what. No excuses, no reasons why, JUST DO IT!
