It's the weekend and taking these small steps will make a huge difference in your life.
Take these small steps before eating your healthy and nutritious fiber filled breakfast:
1) Start your day by stretching with slow rythmic breathing exercises for about 5 minutes.
2) Sit quietly with your eyes closed for 5 minutes and visualize what you want to accomplish.
Your mind may race with thoughts of everything, but pay attention to your breathing.
3) Take 5 minutes to write down your thoughts in a notebook or journal.
4) Eat a healthy breakfast and include raw fruits, nuts and plenty of fiber.
5) Wait another 20-30 minutes and drink a nutritious shake or chlorophyll based powder.
6) Hit the pavement charged up and ready to do what you normally don't have the energy for.
