Today could have been the day that your loved ones wished you were here. Reading this very short letter, yet thinking about you and how they could have done more to show you their love. To show you that they care, not by lip service, yet by taking and exemplifying actions that clearly dictate positive genuine feelings.

This is not always done by what we call "support", which often times is detrimental to our very existence. At times, we help those we care about further promote an unhealthy lifestyle and money is no limit when we do this. Truly we would all agree that if our loved ones, family or friends were very ill to the point where even they had to take notice and make changes immediately, even though they may not be strong enough to change their lifestyle for the better, they would at the least want someone that could help them make those changes. Someone that would coach them to do much better and not someone that also lived a lifestyle detrimental to their existence. This is true love at one of its highest levels. To look beyond the superficial, the wants, the desires, the opinions, the false beliefs and emotions, the conditions that we have been programmed with and to discipline ourselves to get the most and best out of life.

There are ways that we can show our children that we truly love them without taking them to the mall, buying them sneakers, clothes or even spending money directly on them. If you ask most children what they want more than anything else or what they would rather have, they will tell you that it is "for you to be there for me".

Being there does not mean just being physically present. It means being totally ALIVE and INTERACTIVE. To have the energy necessary to not only witness their greatest moments in life, yet to participate in them. If the majority of time we are drained, tired, fatigued, burned out and not able to live life to its fullest, then maybe it is time for re-evaluation. We may not know exactly what our purpose or passion is, yet we can definitely agree that it is our responsility and duty to be the best example we can to those whom we care about. LIVE YOUR LIFE...
